How it works
You will receive a box with a prepaid label to send in your photos. We include a plastic sleeve to protect them during shipping.
Your photos are professionally digitized and edited. Then we'll lay out your photos in a book proof that you can edit and approve online.
Your box will have instructions for choosing the order of your photos, captions, book title and dates, font, and layout preferences.
Receive your photo book, and take comfort knowing your memories are protected and ready to be cherished.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I include items other than photos?
Yes! some of the most meaningful pages come from non-photo items! You’re welcome to include:
- Handwritten letters or cards
- Medals, trophies, or small awards
- Baby footprints or handprints
- Family recipe cards
- Children’s artwork
- Small sentimental items (e.g. toys, jewellery, keepsakes)
We’ll carefully photograph these items and include them in the layout as beautifully as any photo. Just be sure to package them securely when sending them in your keepsake box.
Please let us know if you plan on including bigger items in the notes section at checkout or by replying to our confirmation email and we will send you a bigger box!
Can I include some of my digital photos?
Yes! After purchasing you will receive an email with instructions.
How many photos can I include in the box?
You can include as many photos as you like! Our books start at 30 pages and can go up to 200 pages, in increments of 2. Depending on your layout preference (single photos per page or collages), the number of photos can vary.
Here’s a helpful guide:
1 photo per page = 30–200 photos
2 photos per page (with collages) = Up to 400 photos
To keep the quality high and ensure each photo gets the attention it deserves, we limit it to a maximum of 2 photos per page.
What can I customise in my keepsake book?
Your book is made to reflect your memories—so there’s plenty you can personalise! You can customise:
Captions: Add short notes or descriptions under specific photos (e.g. “Our first home”, “Mum’s handwriting”).
Fonts: Choose your font styles for your captions and cover.
Photo order: You can let us arrange your photos in a meaningful flow (by date, theme, etc.), or you can number or group them to guide us.
Book title & dates: Choose a title for the front cover, and include a date or year range if you like (e.g. “The Smith Family 1990–2020”).
Layout preferences: Let us know if you prefer one photo per page, collage-style pages (up to 2 photos), or a mix of both.
You'll be able to indicate all of this in a short form we include with your keepsake box—and you’ll receive a digital proof before we go to print to make sure everything looks just right.
Can I have my photos put in the book in a specific order?
Yes! Your box will have instructions for organising your photos into the order you would like.
Can I get my photos returned to me after you make the book?
Yes! You will see an option to get your photos back at checkout.
How do I let you know if I want collages or single-photo pages?
We include a short form in your keepsake box where you can share layout preferences, captions, cover title, and more. You can also group photos with notes like “collage these” or “one photo per page.”
We limit collages to 2 photos per page to keep the book visually clean and ensure every photo is beautifully captured and edited.
I'm outside of Australia. Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we only currently ship to Australia. We are working on shipping internationally very soon.
How long will it take to get my book?
Once we receive your box of photos, it typically takes 2-3 weeks for you to receive your book proof, and then 1-2 weeks for you to receive your book after you approve the proof.
How a Memory Book Helps
Familiar faces, places, and objects help loved ones feel grounded and stimulate important memories—especially helpful for those experiencing memory loss.
A memory book provides easy, comforting prompts for carers, family, and friends to start conversations and build emotional connection.
Sharing stories and flipping through photos together helps strengthen bonds between generations—even when words are hard to find.
By labelling names, places, and events, the book helps your loved one maintain a sense of self, pride, and independence.
Memory books are especially helpful in care homes, where staff can learn about a person’s background and offer more personalised care.
